I´ve practiced brasilian jiu-jitsu, submission wrestling and MMA in Arte Suave (former Brasa) under the guidence of Joakim Christensen (active MMA-figher), Simon Mocizuki (leader of Arte Suave) and a lot of the other great teachers and coaches from Arte Suave.
