​The many aspects of spirituality is an almost thrilling and ongoing adventure into the unfolding of the universe and the internal spheres. I´ve had my inspirations here from the great world religions such as hinduism (yoga and tantra), buddhism (meditation, enlightenment and Dalai Lama), christianity, Islam, judaism and Zoroastrianism.

I´ve had a great interest in the many aspects of spirituality, most of them get their inspiration from the world-religions, but it´s always exciting to see how the movements have their own life. I´ve watched and/or experienced movements as Evangelist, Natha Yoga,  I Mesterens Lys, EnlightenNext, Martinus, The theosophical society, Hare Krishna, Asatro, The Astanga yoga school, Jehovas witness and Pinsekirken.
