Ju-jutsu I´ve been part of Hillerød Jujutsu club for several years, working with selfdefence (judo, karate and aikido). I worked weekly for 5 years as a volunteer trainer for the kids team with one of the worlds best jujutsu fighters, Mathias Willard who's besides his young age been danish-, european- and world-champion in his weightclass.
